OFFICE MASSAGE

Chair/On-Site Massage

This rejuvenating on-site/chair massage is performed at your location in a quiet room for 10-30 minutes depending on personal requirements. The employee stays fully clothed (so this is intrusive) and comfortably seated in a specially designed massage chair. No oil or cream is used during the session (except if requested) so that the member of staff can go straight back to work due to their appearance not being affected.

Special attention is focused on the scalp, neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands easing away the tension and bringing relaxation, refreshment and energy back to the employee.

Benefits

  • Relaxes your muscles, reduces tension and relieves aches and pains
  • Alleviates symptoms of stress, such as headaches and eyestrain
  • Helps to reduce RSI
  • Leaves you feeling relaxed, revitalised and energised
  • Promotes health awareness

How an office or on-site chair massages works

Our therapists arrive 10 minutes before the first employee is due to be seen so they can set up their portable massage chair which can be placed anywhere in your office. It is best in an area where there is room to move around the chair i.e. 3m x 3m, sometimes a separate room or screened area works best. No oil will be used and the massage recipients can keep their clothes on which means chair massage is an ideal treatment in an office environment.

Whether scheduled regularly or for a special one off event, chair massage can increase morale and team productivity and bring about a general feeling of wellbeing in a company.

Massage at Your Desk

The alternative to chair/on site massage is a desk massage where our therapists will floor walk your given areas in departments and provide a 10 minute head, neck and shoulder massage to staff while they remain seated at their desk.

This means we can often see a large number of people by providing you with however many therapist are required on the day. These events can be run regularly or as a special one off event. Suitable for any number of people for you to say – Thank You or recognition for extra effort. Or perhaps to tie in with something else happening on the day such as a health fair or a national event such as "National Stress Awareness day".

A massage focussed on relieving pain and tension of the scalp, neck, shoulder area and arms. If you have ever suffered with back or neck pain, headaches or repetitive strain injuries you will benefit greatly from this treatment.
